The US PC/Ps2 servers were once like that too. Assuming you played it when it came out. Then it died and only had 2 stars on universe 2 so of course it wont have that kinda spam xD

If you find a player selling Meseta, it is more effective to just report them. The Sega GMs will be able to take care of the offending player.
