Ok so back then I had an account on PSU JP, and I believe it got cancelled due to inactivity. So I made a new account recently, and I'm certain that everything is correct on it. When I try to log into PSU JP, I keep getting the error "No.062" I am 100% certain that I have typed in my correct PSU ID and password, I am certain. So I restarted my computer, and still, I'm getting the error. So what I did is that I made a ANOTHER account and tried to see if that time the sever would be able to let me log in. I tried again, and made sure that again that my PSU ID and password was 100% correct. Tried again, and the same stupid message "No.062." So I tried to disable my firewall since I was thinking "hmmm, maybe thats causing it." So I disabled it, and I get a message on PSU JP saying "No.061-3." I'm out of idea guys. I don't know whats going on, but game won't let me log in at all. Can someone please help me determine the problem and fix it? I really want to get back onto PSU for the new event. Please help people, thxs :D

061-3 is a username/password discrepancy. Supposedly around August, SoJ sent some emails out with new passwords, password resets, etc. Check mails around that time for your first account.

As for the second account you just made... I had the same problem myself today. Made the account, activated it via email, got sent the password... and after getting 2 password resets it turned out I'd missed a letter out of my username, something I type on average ten times a week.

Didn't I feel stupid.

Also, if you're on Vista, always run things in admin mode. AVG detects the PSU programs as false positive trojans too.

I had the same problem. I restarted my computer and I was able to login. I downloaded some new antivirus and I think that was part of the problem. I feel your pain, it pissed me off bad.

Hmm, are you sure it's error 062? I don't know what the solution to that may be but if it's 061, there can be a couple of things wrong.

Make sure you're choosing "network mode" instead of "story mode" when you start the game. "Network mode" is the second option on the game menu. Also, make sure this option is checked in your options menu.

To play online, select the 2nd option:

Check the 3rd box that is circled:

Yea I am selecting the second option, and that box is checked in. And I am also certain that it is the No.062 error. Heres a screenshot of my options and error:

The No.061-3 Error is at the bottom. This happens when I select the second option when the background of the log in screen stops moving, then I continue to select the first option of everything to see if it makes a difference. Anyways here:

Basically, you need to search your emails for a message containing your new password. It should be from last August or around there.

Never got one. Remember, my old account got cancelled due to inactivity. So I made a new account a few days ago, then yesterday I been getting the errors. So today I made a ANOTHER account and still, same error. I never got the message. I know that they send u a email with your pw and PSU ID. I used that exact same one they sent me, and still, error.

They don't delete accounts due to inactivity. If you had an account at one point, you still have that account now, though the password has likely been changed at least once or twice.

As for why a new account would have those errors, I have no idea.

Well I just searched my whole email, never got a email from August, only from October to now.

I don't remember if it was exactly August. Just look for an email talking about ISAO and having a new password in it. Try that with your original account name.

If that's not working, then I have no idea what to tell you. Perhaps your email has been deleted.

I couldn't find one in my inbox either.
But, that doesn't mean you can't get one.
Find where to recover your password on the billing site, and put your e-mail address(the original) in the blank space, they'll send you another email containing the changed password.
