Panda Express is looking to expand into Mainland China. (http://blogs.forbes.com/russellflannery/2011/04/11/biggest-chinese-restaurant-chain-in-u-s-eyes-investment-in-motherland/) P.F. Chang's apparently looked into opening stores there a while ago, but couldn't figure out how to produce the volume of General Tso's Chicken needed with only a single old lady down by the river slaughtering and cleaning the birds.

Now I'm just wondering when I can get my "Authentic American" burgers here in America with a Teriyaki pork patty, taro fries, squid nuggets w/ chili garlic dipping sauce, and mung bean sprout softserve. Mmmm
