If I had a Save file on PSO I-II could I use it in Plus? Cause I just bought the game online and it just shipped. I have normal I-II, but can I use that file on plus like transfer somehow?

Yes, you can use your I-II data on Plus. The main difference between the discs is the addition of West and East Tower missions, not likely to have a difference with save formats on the cards.

Yeah. You can't transfer back though, in case you ever wanted to for some reason.

I'm a little confused here. The plus overview on the site says "When you played "PSO Plus", you CAN go back to play v1.1" so shouldn't you be able to use the save data created via either version for either version?
I actually recall making a blank character to receive items from a friend, who had the regular version, and he could read my plus created files just fine.

You can. Both the Original version and the Plus version have compatible files that allow you to use whichever version you want without problems.
What you can't do is use a different region version of the Original or Plus. That is to say, you can't use a JP version of the game if you have a US save file and vice versa.

And don't forget Fire Central Swirl in Ep. 1.

Ah, guess I was mistaken then. My bad, glad someone caught that.
