or will ther players have to Wait till Xbox 720 and PS4 to play PSU2 /PSO2? and I hope the 64 bit s are out

The JP version of PSO survived the shutdown of both PSO and PSU's US servers. And the rate that the JP version of PSU is going, it'll probably do the same, if not more.
