JP PSU Question - Blade Destruction

Hello to all. I saw yesterday a guy with Blade Destruction in PSU (wich i supose has been added in the new update).
Any clue to get it? >_<

Yes, i know that Blade Destruction is a Photon Art. I was asking for if any would know how to get it in the game (when i said that I saw it, i meant that i saw a player using it).

I thought new PAs will be added in a later update

They are supposed to announce PAs release later, but it's a fact that they do exist right now in the data (at leastsome of them).

Just in case they forgot to announce it, I just checked regular PA exchange missions, AMP missions, and even GC missions, and nothing...

Perhaps you mistook it by anything esle ._.

Man, you JPers are going to be using Bogga Ranpa and Anga Grudda. I am jealous, as those are my favorite PAs in PSP2.
