Design a character contest?

I have seen some pretty cool charcters out there, like Boba Fett, Mr. Spock, Chucky and most recently Evengelion...

Not only do they all look close to the real thing, but their catch-phrases matched... I think it's all a real good laugh and then I got to thinking about how competitive it could get. Would anyone be interested in competing in a contest like this, or is it a really stupid idea.

I'm hungry for some Feedback plz.

Well I think it's a good idea Spy. We'll need judges I imagine, or voting-you know somthing like that. Have catigories for most original character design, catchyest catch phrases, ah...most beutiful (I would win that of coarse http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_wink.gif), most bad-ass looking, you could go on and on.

Evangelion can shoot lasers out of it's eyes, has a missle rack in it's shoulders, jets on it's feet, it's 12 feet tall, and has radioactive breath. I think a character creation contest would be mad fun. I mean, we've all seen what people can do with the symbol chat (the tastleful ones, anyway), so there's not much stopping us from getting more and more creative with the passing of each day.

Well, 3 Hucasts who think they are all the best, that's exactly why we need a contest!

So... should we organize one ourselves, or should we pester the PSO World admins to get the proverbial ball rolling? Anyone want to volunteer to be a judge? And we would need rules, etc. etc.

After seeing the work it would take my lazy side is saying not to hit the ol' submit button, but the egotistical side is saying "Push it and you'll win, you'll beat down everyone!"

Darn... I don't have pics of my chars to show off. Oh well. So much for showing my Shining Force. Yea, I tried to make characters from Shining Force, if any of you know what game that is. I got this badass looking char that looks like a wolf. Ok, Ok, there are no wolf-looking chars, but it's a HUcast that howls, and is named after a special move from a Shining Force char that is actual a wolf, Frank. My HUcast name is Heavenly Fire. *Beware of his howl* I also made this RAcaseal after Fei-Yen from Virtual-On, but it wasn't that originial on my part, 'cause I saw it in dat one PSO Guide.

Ryiko, I got this lil boy char you can play wit, he likes to "BWAST" baddies too. But he's a lil too young right now to come out and play.

And DG... I'm making a char of one of your female comrades from Danger Girl (that comic book). If you don't already know, I'm sure you do, my char will either be Abbey Chase, Natalie Kassle, or Sydney Savage. I initially wanted to make a Danger Girl char a while back, but since you have it, and actually represent her, I'm settling for her counterparts. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif You and my char would be a phat looking pair. Hey Spy how bout a couple's/team's contes for the next time. The best looking pair/team of chars. I thought Fat Albert and Gary Coleman would be a cool looking pair, but after seeing Gary Coleman, which doesn't even resemble Gary, that idea was scrapped.

Okay, how would I stand in this contest?... One totally blue HUmar who looks unique enough since I have only seen one who looks like me so far. And then there's that neon-green RAcaseal that oddly recalls Rei Ayanami...
