Skeed Receiver

Going to install JP PSU on my desktop since I've finally gotten around to fixing it, and skeed receiver is being annoying. I install it from http://phantasystaruniverse.jp/download/psuilluminus/ and then nothing else happens. All the buttons on the page seem to just want to install skeed receiver, but I can't get the actual PSU download to begin.

just download it from the HTTP site. That skeed reciever sucks.

Yeah it was just seemed to go fast when it worked on my laptop, started the HTTP one and it was so slow x.x oh well.
