Questions on Red Stamina?

There has to be something up with this its basically the same as a hizeri stamina?

Is there anything special about it?

it's part of the Red set which makes a combo with Flowens Sword but thats about it(there are far better swords). It's rarity too but yeah it's the same as Hizeri/Stamina.
