Enhanced Weapons

there's weapon customization called "Enhanced Weapons" that does something with A rank weapons and lower. Could someone please explain to me what exactly this customization does?

Enhanced weapon (prerequisite for High Enhanced Weapon) adds 5% to your weapons ATP/TP. Ok, so lets say you have a Seva Borga.

So.......

0/10 - 659
5% of 659 is 33
659 + 33 = 692 ATP


10/10 - 845
5% of 845 = 42
845 + 42 = 887

I am not sure if it is like FCP and adds 5% from the weapons base stat or adds 5% from the current grind on the weapon. If it does it would be look like this on a 10/10

10/10 - 845
Base stat = 659 at 0/10
5% of 659 = 33
845 + 33 = 878

This is basically a very useless Weapon Style. Elemental Weapon is by far the best for any class.
