somehow i doubt that would do any good since the PSU site is telling me to contact them and not my bank -.-

They say to contact them to resolve the issue if it's not a problem on your side.

seems like it would be rather hard to contact them since i dont know Japanese -.- and we played psu together yesterday btw Reaver

Contact your bank. I had the same problem. Your bank sees it as "fishy" and u need to call them and say it's a legit company.

well iv also tried it with my Prepaid card and it shows the same thing but ill try calling my bank tomorrow since their closed atm

You can't use prepaid. If your using an american credit card [Visa, mastercard] you can only select reoccurring monthly fee.

The option you're selecting to pay might be the issue.

well what confuses me is the fact that it says the same thing prepaid or my bank card, it just doesnt make sense to me, i can understand why it would say that for my bank card, and as for the prepaid issue i bought a reloadable one so i could have it recurring but at this moment it wont even let me even buy a game key so i can get my Guardians license

It may be that they block foreign transactions. I've tried a few of the prepaid options when I had those contests trying to get people to join. The only one I got to work was a walmart debit card. (Depends on if you have the mart of walls in your city/state/country/universe)
