S-Beats arm?? What is this?

What is the s-beat arm, is this the s-beats blades? It can't be equipped as a weapon...

It's the Blade. You have to talk to Dr. Montague after you complete a certian quest in the ruins. Dr. Montague will change it to the blades. I've barely touched offline mode so Im not sure what the quest is called.

Ya it sure is. It's the raw materials to make s-beats blades. You need to do it in an offline quest. I can't remember exactly what you gotta do, but finding the info on the web should be a piece of cake. Someone else here smarter than me probabily knows. But either way you've got somthin pretty good there. I love my S-beat blades (thanks Spy)!
