Hmmm...they use to put the server up again at 4pm JST, but there are times they require more time and end up putting it up until 5pm. 6pm is, basically, a deadline time (unless something bad happens and they are obliged to extend the maintenance period).

When updates like GC clothes and LoL updates happen, it's almost ensured server is up around 4-4:30pm JST. Fact.

Download when the Japanese people are asleep, it goes much faster then. It will also save you from the torture of watching the progress bar crawl when you could've done something more productive.
