where does maya talk about anything is it right before the mission even if you skip dialoge or do you have to listen to the dialoge

The first run is all automated in regards to you talks with Maya.

After that first tutorial run however you need to select "Chat With Maya" when prompted.

The best way to get the Dragon Sakai conversation is as follows:

Complete 200+ blocks on C rank. (Should take around 20 mins for 40 blocks with a good GM/MF)

Once you have 200 blocks under your belt keep starting up the mission and chatting with Maya until she speaks of a stranger in glasses and drab clothes.

Some people claim to have gotten the convo in 5 minutes, others claim 4+ hours of abandoning/suicide.

Once you get the converstation once you never need to talk to Maya again. Just keep running on A rank and you will get random encounters with Sakai who will give you a present (Dragon Scale).
