I'm not really sure, cause i'm trying to quickly gain some levels but how good is the exp and PA rate boosted?

Or should I just go back to some other mission and try to do that instead.

Seed express. If you don't need the mission points just keep spamming the first 2 levels.

Is the PA boost rate a set amount? Its not affected by how many gbr points you have is it?

No Gbr points only affects what you find.

Oh ok cool, so I can do any mission and still get the PA boost then?

no the PA boost and EXP booster are only in the GBR, but the boost is the same no matter how many points you have.

How much is that boost tho? After playing tonight and looking at some old videos, I'm not noticing much of a exp boost, if any...

A deljaben in seed express s2 with no boost gives 494 xp if im correct. With the boost they are giving 741. If you do the math thats a 50% xp boost.
