So, I was wondering if Dizas and Rentis are worth the AMP?
I don't know how good they really are and before I get them and am disappointed why not ask.

Any help is appreciated!

I have been in a group where a techer was using both those techniques and they were really useful for small damage mobs and those traps, guess from a FM/PT standpoint it seemed like I wasnt being as healed as much and it was less stress on the techer.

If you've got AMP to spare, go for it. Rentis is especially useful for things that do fixed damage, such as traps and falz/fakis' meteor. Dizas is useful for enemies who do heavy melee based damage.
It's most useful on AT of course, but any damage reduction is better than none.

You can also use it to tell what type of damage an ememy deals, melee or tech based. Vandas blowing fire is melee based. Fog is tech based, etc etc

Jellen / Dizas can be highly useful on sub-bosses. Take a look at the end of this Dancing Birds S3 run from a Japanese AT player:
