...after being recorded.

What the f***. Press some damn charges. Pinned down at the neck and stripped naked while crying for help? how f***ing blind do you have to be to conclude it was just childish fun and games? They friggin recorded it! How is forcefully removing one's clothes as they yell for help AS YOU RECORD IT a joke?

"We wanted to talk with Chief Doug Baker about the case. After agreeing to an interview, he backed out because he didn't want to cause the boy further embarrassment, according to spokesperson Shelly Flynn."

Further embarrassment being the key words there. Oh, but that's right; it was only a joke.

Did I forget to mention it was child pornography?

Reminds me of the shit I went through in school. Girls being mean to boys for no good reason is definitely not new to me.

My post didn't need to be edited, thanks. I've seen far worse posts not get edited. Mine was barely anything "offensive." Is it because it was derogatory towards women? Do women get special treatment? I'm a bit offended that my statement regarding my opinion to Chukie's original article was deleted.

Pretty much. Women get away with so much more shit. If it were boys doing that to a girl, they'd probably be lynched.

Absolute trash.

Yup, but that's the double-standard that most people have when it comes to someone's sex. Men are filthy animals, and women are pristine and perfect. Makes such great sense.

I guess you guys don't remember the major epidemic that hit the news, years ago. About this group of Cheerleaders who were rotten to the core. They pretty much ran their stuff, through fear, at an entire school. And the only reason they got away with it for so long was that they could get away with it. They knew everything, from public perception, to the local law would be on their side, regardless.

The idea. If you got the unfair advantage, take advantage of it. It took a lot of time, and a lot of real mistakes by them (pushing too far), to get them into any kind of trouble. When I grew up, I didn't even need to do anything wrong to a girl to get myself lynched. All that was needed was for any one of them to feel like they can outwardly accuse me of doing anything wrong, and I'd get lynched with no ability to rightfully defend myself. Words alone could wreck me, and I always feared that someone would Really take advantage of that. I've seen it, but fortunately not in my direction. The unfair stuff I got was not so severe.

Woooow.

Can't be too surprised, society (especially law enforcement) is still largely male-dominated despite significant steps having been made in the past century or so. As we all know, your average male is seriously susceptible to seduction and/or the "puppy eyes" treatment. Hence the existence of ridiculous double standards like these.

Doesn't make it any less depressing to know, of course. Just sayin'.

I can imagine the storm now, hormone driven tweens saying they'd have loved to be in his shoes, older "men" saying he needs to man up (at 11, right), the people who find the previous two to be complete morons. The previous two then trying to somehow defend their positions.

Popcorn.gif material indeed.

Scary accuracy you got there. http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/400-current-events/59318974

I gave up after 3 posts.

I knew before clicking it it'd be a terrible idea and totally destroy my faith in humanity (for the thousandth time, before something else comes along and restores it again), but I clicked on it anyways.

HOMYGAWD PLEASE DON'T DO THAT AGAIN :dead:

Someone just had to pull up Gamefaqs. The forum you can always count on to be the most like Mos Eisley. Never will you see a more wretched hive of scum and villainy, in forum form. There are good helpful posts there, but they always get way overshadowed by the rest of the stuff. It's like all the people who love to troll by saying the most offensive stuff possible, go there. And sadly, they still think doing so is still funny.

Yep. If you want to keep your faith in humanity, don't try to find it in the red light district. Gamefaqs is such a district.

Gamefaqs? I always thought 4chan was such a place.

As for this incident. It's the reason why I have no faith in society...
