Help with JP Psu Accnt.

I have'nt played my jp account in a while and when I go to put in my name and password everything goes ok then I pick which character set to use, I choose my 1st set then it does'nt let me in to choose which character to use. I need help plz!

I was wondering why the msg changed from the last one I got. XD

My last msg was an error 62. which Im not sure what else it said. I might just wait till the maintenace is over so I can take a picture of it.

Ok now that the maintenace is over, here is the message I've been getting Im not sure what it saids....

Error 062 is generally a Password Error, if you haven't played JP PSU in about
10 months then look in your email for a Japanese E-Mail from August of 2010.
They reset all the passwords back then. Look in the middle of the email for
a message that says "パスワード:" then lists about 7-8 random alphanumeric
characters. Try plugging that into the Password box.

If you are sure it is not that, then just make sure your Caps Lock isn't on or anything
when you enter your Password. (I sometimes get this when I type my PW too
fast or I accidentally have Caps on.)
