Im replaying PSOX and This is the first time ive got the Soul eater on normal and grinded it to +9, is it a big enough upgrade on hard to do all the quests and get it?

also is the online community of GC PSO still active?

PSO GC's online community shut down in april 2007, other than the "other server"'s online which is pretty dead on the PSO GC side with everyone mainly on BB these days.

If I do the quests to get the soul eater on very hard as opposed to normal, are the stats of the soul eater better? like hit hard better attack power?
