What slightly (only slightly, mind you) surprises me is that there are a ton of videos on Youtube with similar tutorials.

Perhaps they're of some use for those interested in dressing up as an anime character for a convention or for Halloween, but it doesn't make it look any less silly to my eyes :p

Also, ditto on the teeth-flashing bit.
