Options Menu?

Just started playing JP Psu, and I have a translation for most of the menus, except for the in game options menu. So I think I've enabled things that are driving me nuts >-> Could I get some help? =3

I'm going to take a wild guess, but at the very bottom of the menu on the Japanese version, there some kanji under 'return', which returns all settings back to default (I just tested this, and it does, I got my ears blared out with music doing this)
