hey all i quit palying psu about 3yrs ago but i left all my characters and gear still there if i bought guardians license again will all of my stuff still be there?

If you played on 360 then yes, most likely.

Depends on which servers you played on, if it was Pc/PS2 no since they were shut down over a year ago, if it was on 360 and you still have the same gamertag you originally used then yes, your chars and gear should still be there.
