Yeah, servers usually come up around 2 in the morning for me. I'm curious about what is needed to trade in for the new skills. O:

Okay....I dunno what item is the first one listed for certain PAs (Blank Disk), but for the rest of the mats, most are cake to get.

It amazes me that Skadd is an AMP reward, lol...I wonder if Blank Disks are up for new trades also...inb499PAfragsforone

everyone freaks at 99 pa frags...takes like a few hours at best to get that....

Blank Disks are in RSD exchanges 3rd for 45 BT frags.

blank discs would be 45 BT fragments right after i trade 200 of them for PA frags :/

Also nagrants is 180 PA frags and 45 BT frags? ugghh i only have 3 stacks of PA frags lol looks like its gonna be a lot more work than i thought for these PAs :P
