The game is almost 2 years behind JP think 2 years if it was coming at all.

I hate what SEGA did with grants in PSU...such a short range, plus only hitting 1 target until lvl 40. D:
It was a much better technic in PSPo2...

I think LB Grants will come out. Foie and Diga act the exact same as grants before you get limit breaks for them at lvl 41+.

They've made it clear that limit breaks should be earned and not standard... and while nobody ever agrees with this, it's more or less something we have to accept. Not having the required 10AP investment for one spell out of six would make it unbalanced. I think that's more the intention, at least.

The most recent wave of limit break spells are more or less what people have been begging for years, and what we were given in PSP2 as a standard measure. Nowadays it's assumed that everyone with a max level spell is lv180, and vice versa, so AP investment is trivialised. Right or wrong? Not my place to decide.

The new techs look awesome. About time there are some good offensive light based techs in the game. Hopefully we don't have to wait 5 years for something like this in PSO2.

Well I am having trouble finding out the requirements for the new photon arts. I saw something a few days ago and got dus skaad. Yes, I know where it is online and it shows what's needed to get each PA, but I am still struggling with the language. Thx. Sorry I can't find the info I had seen before.
