Is there ever going to be another way to get one of these besides getting lucky and hitting the counter? I'd really like to at least get one.

There only other way I can think of getting them is GUARDIANS Chronicle 2nd event. This was an event on the Japanese server, I don't know when/if it's going to the Xbox server.
