The hell IS flan, anyway? Never tried it. I swear to god, though, if it tries to eat me, I'm readying the flamethrower. (Or a black mage. Whichever one is handier in the moment.)

Flan isn't that good.
It's far more enjoyable to look at it than it is to eat it.

What we refer to as a "flan" is actually a caramel custard, and it is made from milk (or cream) and egg yolks.

It looks inviting while at the same time not. People say it's like pudding, but it is always pictured as holding it's form like jello. I suppose if the opportunity to try it for free ever comes, I'll take it. But otherwise I'm fine not having it.

I like flan. Homemade flan is better because you can control how much sugar to put in.
