I'm on US Gamecube PSO, which means you'll need one of the following versions in order to be able to trade with me:
Japanese 1.1 Gamecube (This is the version that has to be exchanged over mail.)
US Gamecube
EU Gamecube

I don't even know what a dutch auction is.

I have 8 of these lovely weapons, 3 are reserved currently for a trade. A value of 15 grinders per Vulcan is the deal. There is no limit per person. By a value of 15 grinders, I mean enough grinders to make a +1 weapon into +16.

A Dutch auction is where there is no bidding. The person gives you what your asking for and you make the trade.
So anyone that gives you 15 grinders is the winner of your trade and you have a quantity of 10 trades
