I am currently selling a 10/10 48% Ground Arza Promoto (S Rank) for 75 million meseta. The Arza Promoto is an 11* Twin Claw. It is up for sale in my main character's shop 'Isolde' (Female Newman). The stats (at 10/10) are as follows:
PP: 472
Atk: 545
Acc: 315
Anyone who has FCP would get an additional Atk bonus. With FCP Lvl 2, Atk for 10/10 Arza Promoto is 545 + 93 = 638. With FCP, these are stronger than Twin Falclaws +9. You would need 10/10 50% Ground Twin Falclaws to beat the Atk of my 10/10 48% Ground Arza Promoto.
