Xbox 360 Content update for July 15 [Archive]

The Great Arms Race rewards (part 1)
* The following event rewards will be in place from July 15 through August 11 (yes, four weeks).
- Half-priced clothes and parts
- Free Lumilass services
- Daily Vol Coin allowance x10
- PA EXP boost
* The remaining event rewards will be issued at a later date.

GUARDIANS Boost Road
* The G. Colony Drop Boost 3rd will run from July 15 through August 11, encompassing the following missions:
- Distant Memory
- The Black Nest
- The Dark God
- True Darkness

New free mission
* Distant Memory C-S3 (accessed from the nanotrance vortex at Falz Memoria) will be added.

Mission updates
* The following missions will be updated as listed:
- The Black Nest S3 added.
- The Dark God S3 added.
- True Darkness C-S2 upgraded to AOTI standards; S3 added.
* Hit the Counter! from The Great Arms Race will remain available for all eligible players who hit a 100,000 point milestone during the event but have yet to collect their reward.

Item updates
* New items will be added.
* Casino rotation.

Neato. Only bad part is now no one will want to run SS/R. Everyone will just want to run the boost road.

Also, it's good to see us getting some of the event rewards right off the bat for a change.

Expect the worse, since most of that content are from PSP2/i, and JP received some patches around those dates.

He doesn't drop Boosters in the normal drop chart, so no.

EDIT: To note, his material drop is Kireek Soul (lol).

Maybe the s2 rare mission will be added next update? I had rares saved on 2 characters since the spring event, so i waited along time for them. I hope were not screwed again >_>

This is a really nice change of course Sega is making for us, and I LOVE IT!!!!

I'm going to love this FOUR WEEK PA boost, i got tons of time now to lvl both techs and skills to my desired lvls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pa boost will be in effect for the GBR. Read your post quick so I only saw you asked about pa boost. Grind Boost will likely be after.

We will most likely get the PA / Grind Boost 1/2 way thru the GBR and, hopefully, the manufacturer weapons.

I am hoping we will receive the manufacturer weapons at some point during the GBR, so we could all take advantage of the grind boost which *apparently* won't be happening until after >< Hopefully, Sega will do the right thing and up the grind boost, manufacturer weapon and three star luck, but I am not going to lose any sleep over that if (or more likely when) Sega doesn't. If anything should be pushed until after the GBR, it is the PA boost. Most ppl will be too busy running the GBR to focus on lvling PAs. Furthermore, depending upon how you read it, a later date is either anytime after July 15th OR anytime after August 11th. Therefore, it is at least a possibility that we will receive the Grind Boost, Manufacturer Weapons and Three Star Luck at some point during the GBR.

You must be like what, 15? You couldn't refute my logic, so you reply with what I am sure you think is a 'witty' comeback. And if you had bothered to read EspioKaos's post, you would not have posted that the 'grind boost would likely be after' the GBR. in post #45 in this thread. You would have known the Grind Boost was not at least *officially* mentioned. So, you are guilty of the same thing you accuse me of. There is a word for that: Hypocrisy.

And since you said, 'likely', you at least acknowledge the *possibility* that we could get the Grind Boost, Manufacturer Weapon and three star luck at some point during the GBR. Again, it depends if Sega means by a 'later date': after July 15th OR after August 11th. I am expecting nothing more than another of your 'witty' retorts (more sarcasm, BTW), since you cannot refute my logic.

they have been..... boo! at least i've read confirmation that the Chaos Cannon has been.... doesn't look good for the rest

So what is the general belief of the issue with these "unique" weapons?. Since Sega/Edward wont give us a straight answer. When the supplemental update happened, did we only gain system changes and no actual new weapons or items? I also read on the PSU forums that they thought if it was not on Phantasy Star Portable 1, then we dont have it. I guess this is the shape of things to come now, which is such a shame. Content delivery is sped up, but with nothing new to work towards anymore....

I'm an idiot. How do I get to these missions? The Space Port across from the PPT for Parum, right? It doesn't list the missions, nor any special lobby.
