Amesani lists Sangeyasha as a S3 drop from Distant Memory?

If true, does it drop up to 50%?

That is the problem when you use a site that is devoted to JP PSU the drops are usually for JP PSU. Those are updated drops for JP and do not drop on 360.
Only 3 weapons off that list drop on 360.

it can drop up to 50% though getting the materials would be easier.

As far as I know, Sangeyashas, Splash Falz and Crea Dubs+ only drop from event Dark Falz 2 (Dark Falz 1 drops them all only in free missions actually)...no idea if DM drop tables got updated with such things (most likely not)

Yeah, Sangeyasha only dropped from Falz in Protectors ι and Ark to the Future. It hasn't been added to the normal free missions yet.

SonicTeam intermittently update the clear box drops for boss missions to add weapons like this, but it hasn't happened yet. I used to believe that bosses worked the same as normal enemies as far as drop charts are concerned, but this is (even more) proof that they don't. (It would be so convenient if they did...)
