How many missions do i need too do to find him and is it easy

You need to complete 400(?) blocks I believe in completed missions, then hunt his dialogue. After that, then you can hunt him easily.

its 200 runs on C rank then just keep talking to Maya until she mentions him. Then its completely random when you'll actually meet him. Sorry Adios for overwriting your post but I do believe you are wrong about the 400.

Just do the 200 Blocks on C to cut down time, then after 200 only speak to Maya on A rank to get the possibility of a dragon scale, you can only get the dragon scale on A remember this and you'll be fine.... patience is a virtue

Ps, you CAN find Dragon Sakai more than once, but never twice in the same run, you'll have to start another run to have a chance of finding him again.

Well it that case, it's 200 blocks, but certainly not 200 RUNS lol.

How many missions do i need too do to find him and is it easy

How rare is it for him to show up after you have had the conversation. Because I keep dieing whenever theirs a room with the blue stun/freeze wizards and I can't move.

From what I understand the hardest thing is getting the dialogue. For some people it takes hours to get that conversation. other than that bumping into Mr Sakai is pretty common once Maya talks about him.
