I've got a question about firewalls. I'm using ICS to route my connection through my PC, and I'm also using a Firewall. I don't want to leave it off for any length of time, so I'd like to know which ports have to be open to allow PSO to work online. Anyone?
Good point being raised here. Didn't your firewall tell you which port(s) were trying to be accessed?

TCP local ports 9000-10000
UDP local ports 40975,41231,41487,41743
Which firewall are you using btw?

Well, I have two. Both are on, don't ask me why. Whoever installed XP for me must be paranoid for me. I have the inbuilt XP one and Norton Internet Security. I'll have a go at those tonight. Thanks. All going well, I'll be online tonight. WOOOOOOOOOOHAAAARGH

Just make sure that you don't use both firewalls together since they may conflict with each other.
Also you'll need ports 53, 67 and 68 in addation to the ones i listed so that the GameCube through ICS can do DNS lookups and obtain it's ip through DHCP.
