can't connect/banned? HELP!

what will it say if you are banned? all mine is saying could not connect Phantasy Star Universe Server. the server may be undergoing maintenance. please check the phantasy star universe official site for maintenance information.

Go to your XBox Network Settings and change your DNS numbers.

Primary change to 4.2.2.3
Secondary change to 4.2.2.4

This should work for you. Many people have had the same problem :) Good luck and welcome to the game.

if you're banned it'll tell you that your account has been suspended :)

If you're banned you would get this message.

when i was banned it said that I would be suspended for an unspecified amount of time lol
