Silly question on PA Leveling

When leveling PA's such as tech or bullets, does type advantage give an increase to how much exp you get for it?

Nope!

If you are leveling fire techs on ice enemies they level up at the same speed as they would if they were dark enemies.

Although, if you are using a fire PA on an ice enemy, you will be killing the enemies faster. So if you use an ice PA on an ice enemy, they can last longer for you to hit. So technically you are saving time with fewer enemies so less running between rooms.
