membership with Paypal?

Can I buy a Phantasy Star Universe membership with a Paypal that is linked to my Xbox Live account?
I'm using a Walmart money card on my Paypal.
It's saying it can't "authorize".

Theres no way to add the Credit Card it's self to the account and buy it either?

I currently have my US account paid for via (confirmed address & account) paypal, so you can do it. I get my receipt to my email every month. I added my PayPal through xbox.com, if that makes any difference.

I don't know if you can do it with a card like that, but it's worth a shot. The Xbox Marketplace is a pain with prepaid cards usually; cancelling memberships whether there's money on the card or not. Perhaps PayPal will be a way round that.

I had the same card. And I had to call microsoft and have them buy it for me and I had 2 give them my card info.
