And will this be released in NA at the same time as JP version?
What are the classes playable in this game?
Are they going to add subclass like Phantasy Star Portable 1 and Universe?

Most likely NA won't release alongside JP as no English version is announced yet. It's going back to pre-PSU with only Hunter, Ranger, and Force.

Don't believe anything else is known yet.

There are 3 playable classes: Hunter, Ranger, and Force
You are not locked into a class when you create your character; you may change your class when you want
In addition to the three main classes, there will also be subclasses to choose from
