im looking for people around my level to run Ohtori.
im in RSD 3rd Floor, Universe 1.

Ohtori Encampment is my favorite non-event map in the game so far.

First Raise yourself to type level 20. You collect no MP in there....and there is little meseta as well unless you sell the weapon-drops that aren't exchange items. You get plenty of MP in the event, then you can be power-leveled pretty fast in Ohtori.
