Grind Boost; +10% or +15%?

Hey guys. So I noticed that the grind boost we are getting for the August 12th update is only +10%, as opposed to +15%.

I've recently come back to PSU, so I've missed alot. I'm contemplating grinding an Ely Sion, but I would like to know if all grind bonuses are +10% now instead of 15%, or if it's better for me to wait until the next one.

I would grind now, from the looks of it all the future boost are likely to be 10% boost as well.
