How rare is rare?

Just out of curiousity here, just how rare are DelSabre's Buster & Kaladgolg? While in my early 30's, I discovered 2 DelSabre Right Arms down in the Ruin on normal level. My friend (FOnewm: Whitell) during those same levels, found 2 Right Arms & 2 Kaladgolgs). Is this uncommon or out right freakish luck?

Finding rares during normal are pretty good. Kaladogs arent to great and the buster is good up to the point where your just to strong to touch but it is a super rare weapon.

Im at level 87 now, and I've only found one Del Sabers Right Arm, so to me thats rare.

if a dupper sells me like 10 items for cheap i tend to run around a room and drop them all for other people i really have no need for 15 db sabers but i figure somone will be happy

That's great & all, but it has nothing to do with how often I encounter rares on the offline game.
