Don't think you can get it now but I might be wrong. Only place I can think of is Motherbrain but that will be S2 at least and ONLY if they have updated the drop. Rate is not that good anyway

Best bet is to wait till next week or when the 2x AMP bonus is in place. Do the full ohtori Encampment (Castle GAM) C run and get 70 AMP per full mission. Get to 1000AMP around 2hrs and exchange for the stone.

Yeah Ohtori encampment is ur best guess. C runs can get you 35amp in about 4mins.
