I have been trying to get this from the gatcha for about ever since it came out and i cant get it. I saw on PSUpedia that using the character download service will give this to you. what is this character download service?

The link to the download service is down I believe, but the idea is; it reads your character data on PSU, and makes a file to put onto your PSP. What you do with that file is up to you, the server has you flagged as havin used the DL service. It makes a copy of all your chars to use as new game data in PSP1, PSP2, or PSP2i, all with the "former GUARDIAN" title and rewards available.

I wish they were tradeable; I got 2 from the gacha while shooting for the Segmenta. Had to make a mandroid just so it wasn't a waste of an awesome costume.
