Get a better internet connection, that's really all you can do.

Yup. Turn of the porn streams while playing PSU.

Wouldn't expect a answer at least a serious one. Just the morons that troll and say its your internet because they can't give you a real answer because they don't know. I am having similar problems and I can run ffxi and wow and browse the internet at the same time with no lag. Only thing I found searching google was a seemly issue with certain router/modems which even then I connection the interent directly and still have the problem on x360. Best advice I would say is trying to get of psu tech support(goodluck) because these forums tech support wise are dead short of wanting to build a computer. Goodluck.

If you're behind a router forward the following ports to the ip address of your xbox on your network.

87 to 89
3073 to 3075

Enable them on both protocols.

If you're still having problems try primary dns as 4.2.2.3 and secondary as 4.2.2.4 within the xbox network settings

Where do you live? Might be because of this (http://thetechjournal.com/off-topic/undersea-internet-cables-damaged-by-taiwan-earthquake.xhtml)

I thought it was

Primary - 4.2.2.1
Secondary - 4.2.2.2

Secondary - 4.2.2.2

Either will work, Verizon owns 4.2.2.x which they provide to the public for free.

x=1 to 6

1 and 2 are commonly a little more used, not sure if it has any real affect on speed, but I generally use the less used ones in case.
