Unable to connect

I am trying to connect to the PSU servers on my XBOX 360 and i'm having no luck. Everytime I try to go on it comes up with the message "The server has issued a timeout request. Disconnected from Phantasy Star Universe server."

I have paid for the subscription and my router is open. I have tried disconnecting and trying to reconnect a good 14 times now and I have no idea what to do.
Anyone got any ideas?

Go to the dashboard then go to system settings. Go to configure settings and put your DNS setting as:

Primary - 4.2.2.1
Secondary - 4.2.2.2

See if that works. :)

That's a bug in the PSU client, and it's existed since the beta.

Hilarious that it's still not fixed, it's really simple - I told Sega about it and sent them packet traces showing what was going wrong before the full game was even released.

Also, if you're using a router, make sure you have the right port forwarded, it will help a bit with certain lag spikes and the chat system.
