There is no indiviual slider for breast shape for caseals but I believe you can change them on the basic body morphing grid. I'm not positive on that last bit but I think that's how it worked. It's that or breast shape for caseals is set and you can only change it by changing the overall size of the torso part.

That's...just how the characters stand. I don't think it'll be "fixable." It's not that big of a deal, though. You won't even notice it once you start playing, I bet.
