1.0 and 1.1 versions

I have the 1.0 and i want to know if i'll lose my caracters and my items when i'll start with the 1.1???

you get to keep your character. not the items you have found.

`s ok. some people reeealy could not wait for their region of PSO to come out, so they decided to import from japan. i am not sure of the amount of time it took them to discover a duplication bug after the first JP servers were opened, but sonic (http://www.sonicteam.com) team (http://www.sonicteam.com/pso) said it was in everyones best interest to separate version 1.0 from the other region releases. that is where version 1.1 JP comes in.

for people not living in japan, it was not very easy to get version 1.1 to replace their 1.0 games. some import companies apparently were able to offer trade ins for 1.0 to 1.1 for supposedly little cost, but it took some time before that happened.
