Tornado break upgrade??

I was checking the release dates for tornado break and the update came october 28, 2010 (the same day MAX came out). I then checked the release date for English MAX (September 9, 2011). Should this mean that the tornado break boost is coming soon?

This could explain because I had a different website it looked like the US website, but in japanese, but if all goes well should this mean that our tornado break will get its well deserved boost

You were probably looking at the Japanese version of the 360 event.
