View Full Version : Anyone Else Disappointed About The Game Being PC Only?

I'm sure a lot of people have already made a thread like this or posted this on different threads, but I really didn't want to scrounge around the 11 pages of threads just to find them. So I am asking here, am I the only one really disappointed that this is only on the PC?

I for one would absolutely LOVE for this to come on the consoles and be able to feel what gamers felt like when they played Phantasy Star Online on the Dreamcast. I know a lot of you are going to say "Just get a good PC" Well really simply put, I don't have the money. Having to do so many PC upgrades and getting a new one just for this one game is already way too much. I'm sure it's pretty petty, but still I would really love to have this game to be ported on consoles like maybe a year or so after it is released on PC.

I would love to hear you guys' opinions on what I said and how it is on the PC.

Yes. I think it should be Mac and Linux compatible, too.

Nope, I'm glad it's PC only.....Consoles hold a game back to it's fullest potential.

Not to be a snoby pc gamer but, I think they made the correct choice. If they want this game to hold any chance against it's competition, there is no way they can do that while they separating the work force to 3 different teams and limiting the game to console only features.

Not at all! This is absolutely perfect for me. Nowadays, I do everything on computers. Surfing the web, programming homework, emulators, music, everything I could possibly want is on my computer. I rarely game off it now. With a USB controller, and a keyboard at my command, I can customize the controls any way I want. And best of all, I'm not limited in game by an outdated console, and the game can easily be upgraded as it's played.

The next half decade is going to be sweet.
