Ok so I'm just wondering, it says that it "further enhances weapons upgraded to the max level" or something like that, Does it mean that the boost of ATP and ATA will only apply to weapons at 10/10 or just the max grind it can be, e.g. 9/9, 5/5 or even 1/1?

If anyone knows for sure If you could let me know I'd really appreciate it,

It gives 10% of base (0/10) Att boost to the weapon if it is at 10/10 only, 20% with FCP level 2. So if you have a weapon with 500 Att at 0/10 and 550 Att at 10/10, FCP level 2 will take it to 650.

There is no accuracy boost.
