Um so my parents dont have credit cards or they do but lying to me

any

I wanted to know is there another way I can pay PSU without a CC? (xbox 360)

I was thinking that but wouldn't LIVE make you put on a CC so the paypal acc to work or can you just buy a moneypak card and put it directly on the acc?

Moneypak cards will work, it's what I used when paying for my sub. Not 100% sure if you do need a credit card on your account to make paypal work, but it should work without one.
