Sega won't reset my m***** f****** password

I have been off their forums since May or June (they got teh haxed on June 18, 2011). When I do the password reset form NOTHING is mailed back to me.

Is there a way to get their attention?
Is RubyEclipse still around?

I should create the username LULZsec### (random number) and create like 100+ accounts. THAT would get their attention :) :)

EDIT. Goes to site and sees that a few cool usernames are not taken. Heheheheheh...

BUT
Seems SEGA is just ignoring people who've been contacting them via the forums to have their password reset from the great server hackage of 2011.

I have 2 accounts over there, and it took me about 5 emails for one to be reset. I'm now up to either 6 or 7 emails on the other but they still haven't reset the password.

Their e-mail was down for some time a while back, and I was locked out of the forums for nearly a month. Best person to contact would be clumsyorchid. I can try to shoot him a post in one of his topics.
